River Region Early Education is now looking for a full-time Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor to join our team in Deniliquin, NSW.

About the Opportunity

We are now seeking a visionary Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor to lead our dynamic team. This is not just a role but a calling. A calling to manage and enhance a nurturing environment where education goes beyond the books. It's about instilling a love for exploration, creativity, and empathy in our young learners. 

Reporting to the General Manager this role oversees the Centre's operations and is integral to the wider leadership group, including service directors, a quality coordinator, and a business service manager.

With the support of the Educational Leaders and a 2IC, you will generally be working off the floor and will be responsible for staffing management, rostering and cost control. You will be well-supported by our administration team, who will ensure that enrolments, accounts and fee processing are managed, leaving you to develop and implement improvements to our centre.

About You

To be considered for this role, you'll hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent and have prior experience in a leadership role with a willingness to undergo professional learning. Candidates who have been in a Nominated Supervisor support role and are looking to take the next step in their career are strongly encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will need to hold or be willing to obtain:

  • Current Working with Children Check;
  • National Police Check;
  • NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accreditation (if applicable).
