About the Role
You will work in our preschool rooms, supporting children aged 3–5 years through play-based, intentional teaching aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Working alongside a small, experienced team, you will create inclusive, engaging learning environments that support children’s wellbeing, curiosity, and emerging independence. Shifts are usually between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
About You
You will hold an early childhood qualification (Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor).
You are a positive and effective communicator who builds strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. You respond to children with warmth and professionalism, follow direction, and demonstrate initiative in your practice.
Above all, you are caring, enthusiastic, and passionate about supporting young children’s learning, wellbeing, and development, and you thrive as part of a collaborative team.
