Established in 2000, Deniliquin Childcare Centre has a proud history of serving the local community. Our expansive outdoor environment, set beside the picturesque lagoons, provides a stunning natural learning space for children and educators alike.

We are seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to join our experienced and collaborative team in a parental leave position commencing May 2026.

About the Role

You will:

• Lead the educational program for children aged 2–3 years

• Plan and deliver a high-quality program for a maximum of 15 children per day

• Work alongside three qualified educators

• Contribute to a reflective, collaborative, and child-safe culture

• Embed play-based, intentional teaching aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standard

Generous off-floor time is provided for programming and planning, with structured mentoring and leadership support.

About You

You are:

• Child-focused and committed to children’s safety and wellbeing

• Skilled in building secure, respectful relationships with children and families

• Passionate about intentional, play-based learning

• Respectful of and inspired by natural learning environments

• Reflective and collaborative in your practice

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent

• (Educators working towards this qualification may be considered)

• Eligible to obtain or hold NSW NESA accreditation (support provided if required)
